system landscape configuration in solman

hi all,

I have installed solution manager 7.0 sr2. as i am trying to configure the system landscape.

while adding systems to landscape, the following message is displayed " problem saving"

with the following error internal RFCs is not being generated.

have you defined your main instance in SMSY prior to defining the RFCs?

did you tried to generate the RFC automatically via the wizard for client xxx?

do you have the required authorzation for SM59 changes?

i got sap_all authorizations at the client

HI Sravanthi,

One query, Have you done all the post istallation steps for solution manager.

Also, As Nesimi had mentioned, Try to add systems with assisstant/Wizard if you are doing it for first time.the guided procedure will help you.

i have done the following post installation steps

1.TMS configuration

2.client copy

3.profile activation

4.sgen

can u tel me whatelse i have to do as post installation in solution manager

when i am trying to execute that tcode it is giving the meesage 'transaction solman_setup does not exist'.

it is available in EHP1 only
