Dear all!
We are using CRM4.0 Case Management via PCUI in Enterprise Portal. We have added several screens/events in CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C to display additional information for our customer care agents.
One of those screens contains a screen element of type "textarea" and is always displayed by PCUI framework with rows="15" cols="80". For usability reasons, we would very much like to expand the size of the textarea but haven´t figured out how this can be done.
Any input/feedback is greatly appreciated!
