Maximize textarea in PCUI

Dear all!

We are using CRM4.0 Case Management via PCUI in Enterprise Portal. We have added several screens/events in CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C to display additional information for our customer care agents.

One of those screens contains a screen element of type "textarea" and is always displayed by PCUI framework with rows="15" cols="80". For usability reasons, we would very much like to expand the size of the textarea but haven´t figured out how this can be done.

Any input/feedback is greatly appreciated!

Hi Manuel!

Thanks for your input. Although my problem was not exactly covered, the thread gave me the idea to go look for the view max.htm in BSP CRM_BSP_MAX, where i found the cols and lines attributes that i needed to change.

Mission accomplished!!
