Diable Download fuctionality in WEBGui

Hello,

is there a chance to disable / hide the download functionality in the WEBGui?

Background:

Our Sapgui runs under TerminalServer and has only a few drives connected.

The WEBGui can be started on the local Internet Explorer an we don't want the people to save for example report protocols on local hard drives.

Hi Michael,

The function module for downloading checks the authority object S_GUI. By removing the permission you can disable downloading to the local harddisk.

Hello Klaus,

this is exactly my problem. I can't fix it with a change on the user rights.

If a user is logged on a "normal" gui the download fuctionality has to work.
