user status should not change when no change is made

hi sap masters,

In RE Module to change the sap standard screen i have used the badi to work out the requirment wich is fine.

however i have 3 things that i need to look into.

1. when the user click on the activeate button the USER STATUS should move to MODF which is happending.

2. then some one will aprove manually then the user status changes to MAPV.

3.NOW When the user click on change button BUT dont change anything and clicks on SAVE Button at this point USER STATUS should not change to MODF. It should remain MAPV as no changes were made on the screen.

how can i restrict can i have some suggestions?

hi pasala,

I guess you change the status in the BAdI implementation. There you have to first check if data had been changed and then set the status if there was a change.
