SAP Server Cannot Start - Cannot login to server

Hi gurus, I was doing patching for ABAB and BASIS then suddenly the server stops. All the work process is in Run status. I unable to connect to the server using GUI. Then instance in MMC DISP+WORK.exe changed to yellow color. It says the Running but not connected to message server.

1. I checked the Dev_Ms in the developer trace.

2. Then i changed a diffrent kernel version but still the same problem. I restarted the Saposcol and other services. Then i restarted the instance in MMC but still the same error message.

What should i do to resolve this problem . Please help. I need your assistance. Thank you in advance for you help.

Hi gurus, Thanks for the guides. I'm unable to solve the issue but i'm going to reinstall the server with EHP4. But however i've learned some troubleshooting steps through this. Thank you.

Please check your Database Library file version is 0.211 & your kernel version is 221.

Have downloaded the Database Specific patch along with Database independent patch?

Try to start the system applying the database library of 221 version. It should work.

I cannot find the log file Dev_W* . I can see the the log files such as Dev_W1, Dev_W2, Dev_3 in the log file but not the *. But i have attached the Dev_disp file below. Thank you .
