Installation error--Invalid file system control data detected.

Dears,

I am installating EP 7.0 on AIX platform.

In installation in step Install database server software its showing error:

Execution of the command "/tmp/sapinst_exe.540906.1253657260/SAPCAR -x -v -g -i -R /oracle/stage/102_64 -f /softdump/Database-Oracle-1_of_2/OR110264.SAR," finished with return code 4. Output:

x database/Disk1

x database/Disk1/runInstaller

x database/Disk1/welcome.html

SAPCAR: error writing to /oracle/stage/102_64/database/Disk1/welcome.html (error 4). Invalid file system control data detected

I also tried to rename this Welcome.html file,then also its showing error:

mv: 0653-401 Cannot rename welcome.html to old_welcome.html:

Invalid file system control data detected.

Please suggest how to solve this issue.

/oracle/stage/102_64/database/Disk1/welcome.html (error 4). Invalid file system control data detected

Did you check the filesystem before starting the installation.Your filesystem seems to be not as per standard.Please check the installation guide reagrding the filesystem which must be there for succesfull installation.
