Logon problem EMail Notification

Hi All,

I m facing an issue in the other-logon problem page in the portal logon ..

We have created a portal-admin email ID and when the other logon problem page is submitted with all the relevant information, a mail is sent to the portal-admin that we have configured. But the text starts with "Dear Shan dan".. I m just wondering where from this name is retreived. I found the text is placed in the property file notificationtexts.properties and the key with the text is :

TEXT_USER_LOGON_PROBLEM_REQUEST=Dear ,\nUser experiences problems to log on.\n But how the palceholders are replaced with the name 'shan dan'.. Cud anyone help on this ..

That numbers indicates the fields values like:

First name, last name , userid, Solutation, location.

Check below information:
