Hi experts,
User created a Sales Order & at that time the Pricing Procedure assigned in OVKK is XSALES.
But now the new Pricing Procedure in OVKK is changed due to business requirement from ZSALES to YFER01.
Even if the Pricing date is changed to today's date & the Plant is removed & again out back (just to refresh the Sales Order) & when clicked on the "Update" button in the Conditions & clicking on "B"
Copy out new pricing, it does not copies the new Pricing Procedure.
PR00 conditions exists for the parts in VK13.
Could you advise how to change to the new pricing procedure?
Regards,
Pri
If you are changing the Pricing Procedure then this change will be reflected in the newly created Sales Order.
But the new Condition Records will be reflected in the existing Sales Orders by updating the Pricing.

Ankur

HI Pri
As suggested in above reply, it is not possible to redetermine pricing procedure once sales order has been saved/created. Only change in customer master can reflect in created sales documents nothing else.
The solution is to go for a fresh order, as its one time no need to go for userexits. Just cancel the existing one and create fresh.
try and revert

Hi,
You cant determine the new pricing procedure to the order already created, You have to create a fresh order.
Because the Pricing procedure was already assigned in the Header ---Sales which cant be modified even if you change at OVKK
The update in the sales order will only update the condition records if there is any change and not the Pricing procedure.
You have to use the User exit.
in include MV45AFZZ, USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK.
Hope it is clear,
regards,
santosh
