Recently my company decided to have the Latest version of CRM 7.0 with best practices installed. This is in no way a problem however when trying to get a solution manager key for this product i was unable to find CRM 7.0 in the list of systems in my solution manager instance. I personally have never hit this problem before and i was wondering if any of you can show me the light.
What i think i need to do is import a SNOTE or SAP Solman patch but i am unable to find anything to solve this. I thought i might ask you gurus before i went to SAP for help.

Update your Solution Manager to at least SP19 or use
Note 1283950 - Solution Manager: SAP CRM product data missing
to update the product data.
