Query related to Currencies in SAP Business One...

Hi Friends,

In SAP they have different category of Currencies like Local Currency,System Currency and Multiple currency..

In Currency Exchange rate,if USD is Local Currency and EURO is System Currency the SAP B1 Currency Exchange rate asked the exchange rate for EURO only and if i give as '1' ,I concluded that <b>Conversion rate from USD to EURO is 1.</b>Is it correct.. Please confirm this.. Since it's important for my product..
