Delivery not picking in VT01

Dear Experts,

I am an abap programmer and I need help from your side, please advice me on the below issue.

Till date our client was using VL04 for creating DA for only domestic sales, now they

are asking to provide facility to created DA for export shipment in VL04.

My functional consultants have done customization for the same.

Two different number ranges are created for domestic and export shipment.

My problem is with T-code VT01 -

In VL04 for export shipment a delivery number is generated and when the same delivery number is

executed in VT01 it shows Number of deliveries found 0. But for domestic delivery its picking correctly.

Please advice me what needs to be done technically to correct the error.

I would recommend first to check it online with your functional consultant to see how the query is done.

Check delivery and check at least these two parameters:

- Shipping Point

- Transportation Status on the delivery.

The search criteria should match for VT01n to pick up any delivery

Hi,

Check also if there is a route defined in the delivery.

And if the delivery is not already assigned to another shipment.

It might also be that the delivery items are not relevant for transportation, but as you mentioned this config should be done already.
