Communication channel Availability settings

Hi Experts,

I need to do settings in communication channel in such a way that it should run only from 12pm to 1pm.

so do we have any availability setting in CC to capture this.

1. Go to communication channel monitoring in RWB.

2. Select communication channel.

3. Go to availability time planning on top of page.

4. You can provide schedule - daily ,weekly or monthly. Then click on create button.

5. Provide time there - 12-1 PM and save.

You can use Availability Time Planning concept for this requirement (only if your SP is >19)

Hello,

Goto RWB - >Communication channel monitoring-> "Availability Time Planning". there you can set the time and date.
