Work Completion Percentage

Dear Experts,

I have the following requirement:

Project A has 50 activities. Completion of first 10 activities symbolizes 20% of completion of the total Project A.

Is there is away to track Project progress in this manner?

What are the available report?

Can we use "Percentage of Completion" option in Milestones to cater this requirement?

Hi

You can Use POC weight field for Network Activities/WBSE to capture Project Progress interms of % age.

Again various reports are available for Project Progress analysis. Like Progress analysis Workbench, Progress Analysis Report

Use the POC weight field in the Progress Tab of the Activity.
