Sales Order Output( V**) v/s Billing Output ( VF31)

Hello Friends,

In Standard SAP, we have VF31 - Output from Billing , where we can choose the Invoice we would like to print.

I would like to have the same functionality for Sales Order Output.

In Standard SAP , there is no such functionality where we can choose the Sales orders which we want to print.

Pl. let me know what type of enhancement would be required to achieve the above mentioned functionality.

Try using program RSNAST00 and select V1 for sales and output condition it should process.This will help issusing as we use this mass processing of sales orders output at end of the ay as batch job.

Hi there,

Is your requirement to print an invoice doc from sales order? That maynot be a feasible case. Coz you may create a partial delivery for the line items or a delivery split. In that case, quantity on your invoice that is printed from sales order will not match with actual delivery quantity. So how can you raise invoice to teh customer for the goods which he has not yet got?

You can choose to print only order confirmation BA00 from orders. BA00 is a confirmation slip that is sent to the sold-to confirming the items in the order.
