Cancel transfer order

Hi All,

i am trying to cancel a transfer oder with a storage unit.

when I try to cancel it the system says

Message no. L3250

Storage unit XXXX blocked by another user or internal error

Diagnosis

The field Number of open TO items in the storage unit does not correspond exactly to the actual TO items found. There could be two reasons for this: either another user has just completed a confirmation process or there is an inconsistency in the data.

I need to cancel this transfer order at any cost.

Hi Meghna,

Can you please check transaction LS07 ?

By this transaction quants are blocked & unblocked. I believe you can unblock the storage unit you are mentioning in your problem.Storage unit can be put as selection criteria using dynamic selection button through this transaction.

Other selection input will be warehouse, material ,plant.

First ensure TO is not confirmed. If TO is confirmed you cannot cancel the same.

If you cannot cancel the transfer order you could try confirming it and then create another TO to put the stock back

Hi,

Check the status of the Transfer order at header if it is already confirmed you can not cancel it.
