Does master data delta work with extractor enhancement?

We added LIFO Pool to the 0MATERIAL_ATTR extractor, and we wrote function module Z_BIW_0MATERIAL_ATTR to select the LIFO Pool value from table MBEW.

If LIFO Pool is the only attribute that changed on a material, the delta does not pull that material. Is there a way to make this work?
