A strange issue regarding ECCN code checking in delivery document!

Hi,Expert!

There is a strange problem regarding the license control checking.First I create a delivery document which is not blocked in GTS.Then I remove the ECCN code from the product master.Although the ECCN code is removed, this delivery document is still not blocked in GTS no matter I change this delivery in R3 or do the rechecking in GTS.

As I suppose, this delivery document should be blocked because ECCN code is removed and no license can be determined for it.But I found the GTS actually doesn't check the product master in GTS for this delivery item when I change the delivery document in R3 so the old ECCN code can always exist on the delivery item even though the old ECCN code has been removed from master data.

Does anybody know if this is GTS standard logic or if we can change it?

This is configurable. Look in the Control Settings for Legal Control and select which of the three options for "legal control transfer" makes most sense for your operational and compliance requirements.
