Infinite loop during support message creation

Hello.

After update up to ST-20 I have got a very interesting problem:

When I try to create support message (SLFN with action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED) the system goes to infinity loop until out of memory dump occure. This situation take place bucause of operation profile "SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER". When it procces metod EXECUTE of class CL_TRIGGER_PPF recursive calls in infinite loop.

Can you help me with this problem&

Have you already checked

Thank you for answer.

But in case of deactivating action AI_SDK_STANDARD_FIND_PARTNER partner function "support team" in support message (SLFN) became blank.

Hi Dmitry,

SAP note 1302672 deals with the infinitive loop problem and you don't need to deactivate the partner determination function.

Can anyone fix this useless note-description? With this "symptoms" no one can find this note.

Maybe there is something wrong with the determination rule AC 13200137 (Tx: PFAC)

Probably there was a change in your org. structure?

You should check this rule.

No, the rule AC 13200137 is correct - it's without any doubt...

It is smth. in PPF mechanism, in triggers proccesing..
