Not able to do confirmation

Hi SRM guru's,

I am unable to receipt an order. When I click the confirmation button the screen refreshes back to the original screen. The confirm screen does not appear.

Please help me out

Hi Reddy,

Who has created that PO. If that PO created by another user , you cannot create GR and please check the requisitioner of that PO.

If requistioner and user who is trying to create a PO is same , then it will allow to create GR.

Also check BADI BBP_WF_LIST, if there is any restrictions for the users.

Hello Reddy,

Can you please check, if you've got an entry in table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB for the PO you want to post the GR for.

If there is an entry you'll have to check reports BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and CLEAN_REQREQ_UP. These reports clear entries from that table.

When a confirmation in SRM is posted an entry in above table is written. Once the other two reports are run the table is cleared and you should be able to post a GR.
