without IM, how can i settle construction project to AUC and asset.

can someone explain it in details?

create an Investment profile and assign it to project profile.

Once you create the project and REL the project AUC will be automatically create for the WBS.Once you TECO the WBS, you need to create completed Asset for WBS and then during final settlement from AUC to FXA will take place.

i create the investment profile and assgin it to the project profile.

when i release the project, i see the system status changed from crtd to release and AUC.

when i do cj88, the costs are settled to the AUC No. automatically.

could you tell me how the AUC No. is created? where does it configure?

when AUC is settled to FXA, what are the procedures?

first TECO the project and then do CJ88, am I correct?

In the OITA transaction you have the flag Manage AuC that means automatic AuC creation from the asset class also specified in the same grout of fields.

For CJ88 you are right, it works with TECO status in Automatic (1) processing type or with any status Full settlement (8)processing type, anyway you should have the final asset(s) specified in the settlement rule before you settle.

Without IM, You can settle to AUC.

You can create investement profile & then you can create settlement profile. This will work.

But without IM, settling to AUC? I don't think it's possible.

Hi

First to Create AUC automatically once WBSE is REL, you needs to define Investment Profile in Project Profile configuration node.

Again for define Investment Profile some sutomization is required.

Then by using Settlement Profile in customization. Settlement can be done for WBS -

You need to assign proper Settlement Profile and settlement rule strategy so that you can create proper settlement rule for your project.
