separate credit limit for separate division

Hi,

Our client wants to provide separate credit limit for newly created division to their existing Dealers. How it could be possible through standard functional way. I thought of creating sepatrate credit control area . will it be help full ?

Hi,

You have to create different credit control area for different division.

And you can assign these CCA to the different sales organization + Distribution Channel + Division combination.

These assignment you will get in IMG u2013 enterprise structure u2013 assignment u2013 sales and distribution u2013 assign CCA to sales area.

So assign different sales area to different credit control area.

Then maintain the credit limit for different customer with particular CCA in FD32.

Maintaining the separate credit control area is also not a problem. But make sure that you are extending the customers into the new division sales area and in CMR data assign the credit control area also
