MM - Mass maintenance MM17

Hi gurus !!

I have to extend about 2500 materials from plant "xxx" to plant "yyy", somebody can explain to me how is the procedure, I mean step by step, because I can not do it work.

I really appreciate a handbook for trx. MM17.

If you have very few material to extend then you can use MM01 tcode

If you have some material to extend then you can use MM17 tcode

if you have many material to extend then you can use standard LSMW object or Bapi.

Use SCAT to extend all material from plant xxx to yyy.

as there is no combination of MARC-WERKS in MM17, as per my knowledge we cant extend the material to other plant through mass maintenance. a readymade badi is also available for the same. pls try over it.

Hi,

Use LSMW to extend the materials from one plant "xxx" to another plant "yyy" with t.code MM01 or MMZ1 (for used material).

Hi

Try to use LSMW to extend the materials from one plant to another plant.

Check sap technical com for more info.
