Hello Experts,
I was looking for the deviations in our SAP IS Retail 4.7 system and the MBW0 table gave around
1,658,741 entries in the table MABW out of which 1,713,058 were site specific
deviations and 45,888 were storage location specific. I'm sure this means that there is something wrong either in the customization or data maintenance
I took one of the material and it has 32 entries for it. When i checked the different validity areas
in the Logistics DC view in material master i found that for
for Article A
Reference DC DDD
Storage location 99
there were 3 more DC's listed below BBB, GGG and HHH which said
"Difference due to missing reference data"
Does it mean something is wrong ?
So, when i looked at my config i found that for the
Reference DC DDD -- Storage loc is 20
DC DDD -- Storage loc is 20,30,99 etc
DC BBB-- Storage loc is 20,32,99 etc
DC GGG-- Storage loc is 20,34,99 etc
When i looked at the MM43 entries ,
for article A the sto loc field for all the DC's is 20.
Can anyone please let me know what's going on and how i can fix this deviation?
Thanks lot for your help!

The MABW table shows data on the basis of Eight digit number (site , ref site , storage location..etc)..this should not be a problem unless the articles are also listed (WLK1).

When i go to table WLK1 i can see 48,889,456 entries. So is there a problem? How can we fix this. It shows the missing reference data at storage location. Do we have to do some customization to fix it?

there should not be any problem , if the article under consideration are listed (in table WLK1). continue the search/count with your relevant assortment and check.
