hi,

scenario 1:

TO quantity:- 100

System quantity:-100

Actual physical quantity:-100

Put Actual Quantity 100

Click "Zero stock check"

Click "Confirm empty bin"

scenario 2:

TO quantity:- 100

System quantity:-100

Actual physical quantity:-90

Put Actual Quantity 90 & difference 10

Click "Zero stock check"

Dont give any "remaining qty"

Click "Confirm empty bin"

Click "Confirm differences"

scenario 3:

TO quantity:- 100

System quantity:-100

Actual physical quantity:-110

Put Actual Quantity 110

Click "Zero stock check"

Give "remaining qty" as 10

Click "Confirm empty bin"

Click "Confirm differences"

Thanks

Hi

It sounds like you have a stock reconcilliation issue.

If you are being prompted for a 'zero stock check' then this will be because SAP thinks that the location is empty and you should confirm a remaining qty of '0'

If you have stock left in there you shold confirm xero and then make an adjustment to the stock figure to correct the bin.

I hope that this helps
