Dear all Experts
I would like to configure it in a way that no RemOrd should be calculated.
Can anyone suggest what all configuration changes need to be made for the same.

Goto OPSV. Remove the "assigned funds in plan" indicator against all the order types. This will not calculate the remorderplan.

Shall it affect anywhere if it is done in middle of any ongoing project.
It will affect any of your current projects. It will be effective only for newly created projects.
