Hello Experts,
We are using SolMan, Service Desk. We found something extrange with BPs. We have created BPs an update the role Employee (BUP003) with the SolMan user id. However, every time we save the data, the field shows empty again. When the employee create a ticket from the workcenter we found that reported-by field iin the ticket s empty.
Any idea, why is not saving the value??

I found the problem. It was related to the number range assign to partners. Because of initial conditions (our client was copy from other client in the same SolMan with some data in it). What it happens was that the new BPs created, person, were assigned BP number which had been already assigned as BP organization and tied to the Organization structure. Everytime we tried to save the user id, a new CP object in the organization structure was created, multiple B208 relationships were created, and lots of inconsistencies.
What we finally did was:
1. Modify the range number to a higher range
2. Limited the whole organization units in PPOMA_CRM
3. Create new users
4. Create new BP person
5. Close all open tickets
Basicallly, we start from scratch. Then all these inconsistencies were gone and now we are working OK.
