Hello Guys,

SAP has come up with a new note which says

" In CRM you create a sales document with an item. Before the document is

saved, a distribution lock is set at header level.

After the document is saved, Order is changed at header level and distribution lock is released. Order is replicated to R/3. Partners are created in R/3 at item level and this leads to a delivery split/Billing split. The partners at item level are identical to the partners at header level."

hope this will help you guys for future

Only few are making it as a practice to update the forum if they found solution on their own and in that way, your initiative to update should be appreciated.

Hi,

Delivery split Depends on the following criteria,

1) Ship to party

2) Delivery date

3) Plant

4) Shipping point

5) Shipping conditions

6) Transportation group

7) Loading group

Check if these are different for the items ,

Check the copy control VTLA and maintain the copy control

This will work,

Hi PR

Welcome to SDN forum

As you have a sales order with 10 line items even though the plant and storage location are same there should be some other parameters like delivery date etc , and because of delivery split parameters only you might have got 10 different deliveries.

So kindly check the delivery split parameters for those 10 line items .

Hi,

Delivery split happens because of these thing

Shipping point, Ship to party, Delivery Date, Incoterm, Route.

Now check in your sales order whether all these things are matching or not.

If matching then go the copy control of delivery from sales order.

In the header data check out the copying requirement.

Make the necessary changes over there and save it.

Raj.
