Hi,
We have a problem where we are facing intermittent loss of the SM59 connection. This SM59 connection is calling a registered program on an external server. Does anybody have any recommendation to monitor it when it goes down? I would like to setup monitoring in the CCMS if I can. Thanks in advance.
Hi Venu,
Please refer to file dev_rfc* in the work directory.
Ofcourse, you can always refer all other common areas like, SM21, ST22, SM58 etc.
I hope this gives better shortcut.

Monitoring RFC's is standard funtionality:
check note:

We have setup the CCMS monitoring using CCMSPING. But, we are having hardtime trying to figure out the place in CCMS where we can track the SM59 connections.
