Hello,
I have assigned an SAP user - ADMSAP, the FireFighter Role - /VIRSA/Z_VFAT_FIREFIGHTER
Now, when ADMSAP executes transaction - /n/VIRSA/VFAT, he is not able to enter Reason Code
He gets an error - "Not authorized to enter Reason Code"
But I thought /VIRSA/Z_VFAT_FIREFIGHTER is the only Role we have to assign to normal users to access Firefighter.
Kindly help.

Ask that user to send screen shot of SU53, and which authorization is missing add that to firefighter role.
Please make sure that FF admin had maintained REASON CODE table
