document flow

Dear SD experts,

in screen of s/o document flow,how can i control whats info displayed,for example,currently DOC. / Date / Overall statuts displayed,can i add qty or value column?

Hi,

Click on the menu item Document flow --> View --> Items. You will get details of QTY and units

thanks for your reply.

one more question is about value,i used VF44 to recognize revenue,then i can see revenue recognition document displayed in document,but some some value shown as positve and some shown as negative,i don't know why,my business scenario is the same.

Check if Credit Memos or Sales Returns then it happens.

Hi

In any sales document Initial screen if u see doc.flow it will show only those fields which u have mentioned. If u want detail doc.flow then u have to go Overview screen and click doc.flow icon u will get the detailed info...

here u can check line item wise status by selecting the line items and doc.flow icon..
