certificate for delivery

Hi,

I am trying to send an email of certificate for delivery through QC20 but could not succeed.

I assign the output type in VL02n for delivery with sample mail and mail address there. in the further tab i assign send by own transaction option.

After that I enter output type, transmission medium 7 and delivery number.

i execute the transaction after that I selected the delivery and execute. system is showing the message successful send.

it is showing in vl02n as successfully send. but I am unable to recieve the certificate in my inbox.

Can any body help me to resolve this. I checked all cofig setting but I could not succeed.

Hi,

In T code VV21 Output type LQCB - mantain Medium 5

and FD02 - Mantain Emai - email ID.

Now QC20 Generate Output

and SOST - Send Output

Mail will get trigred.
