Service desk reply message

We use Service Desk via Webdynpro. Customer can create messages, but when i set the message to customer action he can not answer, at input of the text and click button Reply occurs nothing

Customer - role SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS, SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE, SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

implemented notes, role assigned, but the problem remained

buttons Add attachment, Confirm, Print View working
