Portal Runtime Error when creating a new iView

Hi, all.

Our env is like the following.

EP 2004s(7.0) SPS07

From the Content Administration, when we try to create new iView, we

sometimes(these days frequently!) got the following error.

-

Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : N/A

Component Name : N/A

The exception was logged. Inform your system administrator..

Exception id: 09:51_16/05/06_0062_9690550

See the details for the exception ID in the log file

-

And the detail in the defaultTrace.trc says like the following.

-
