workload on database

Hello,

how to check the load on maxDB database or like what r there issues or bottlenecks? i am basically using PI 7.1 and i feel performance is an issue on MaxDb database side. Can somebody tell how to check the perfomance or the number of messages passing etc?

You can check what the database is doing by using transaction DB50 - Task Manager.

I am trying to log on from abap stack of SAP PI system using pisuper username.

it does not have authorization to use this transaction.

what does st03 transaction do?

what role is needed for DB50 transaction?
