SAP Library - SAP Knowledge Warehouse SR13 SKPR02

We have SAP Help linking to KW server. It works from our R/3 4.7 systems, but not from BI 7 systems.

The exact same entries exist in both the R/3 and BW system under TCODE SR13, help configuration, pointing to the KW server.

The error when selcting Appliction Help:

SAP Internet Knowledge Server

No physical object

-

---

Additional infomation:

SDOK_GET_PHIO_ACCESS

Same error for SAP Library.

This was helpful in a sense to test the programs and function modules. This is all working, as well sas the RFC to the KW server.

Still looking for assistance in this error and fixing our Help for everythgin but R/3.

No one was able to answer this question, but I found the solution in an SAP Note.

The Note stated to delete the entries in table HLPRESOL with TCODE SM30.

After this the Help worked fine.
