Hi there !
We are implementing SRM 7.0.
For our RFx scenario we have activated the one step approval BC SET: /SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_001_SP04 via transaction SCPR20.
We can publish RFx and it is correctly sent to the manager. We can see it in SRM GUI Manager´s Workplace, but we cannot see it in Enterprise Portal.
The manager has the following roles:
/SAPSRM/MANAGER
/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER
What is missing to see the notification to approve via Enterprise Portal?
Thanks
Hi,
Did you configure the WebFlow Connector ?

Hi Masa,
We have now configured and registered the Webflow Connector under System Administration --> System Configuration --> Universal Worklist & Workflow --> Universal Worklist - Administration.
The System Alias is SAP_SRM
Connector Type WebflowConnector
Now we generate an RFX, the approver is correctly determined in the RFX Authorizations tab, but the Approver does not receive any message in Enterprise Portal.
Does he need any special role?
After activating the BC Set other configuration has to be done?
Thanks,
Ezequiel
Hi Masa,
There is no workitem generated that can be viewed in BBP_PD. The document status is Awaiting Approval.
I have configured the Business Workflow under Process-Controlled Workflow (all steps under Technical Configuration).
I have activated the WF trace and found in SWEL transaction the following entry:
/SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO_RFQ READY_FOR_WORKFLOW 30.09.2009 17:27:38 @AI@ No receiver entered
There is no workitem generated in the system. Checked in SWI1 transaction.
Also there is no entry in table SWWORGTASK.
We have genearlize tasks TG 40000003 and TG 40000007.
We are trying not only with the BC Set, also with the Workflow Tamplate WS14500027 1-Step Approval for Bid Invitation.
Triggering events SAVED and CHANGEVERSIONSAVED are active.
Do you know whta else is missing?
Many thanks
Ezequiel
Hi,
SRM 7.0 has Workflow Framework and it supports 2 modes.
Process-Controlled Workflow: default in SRM 7.0. For New implementation.
Application-Controlled Workflow: For Upgrade Customers.
In your case, you should use the template WS40000014.
WS14500027 is for Application-Controlled Workflow.

Masa
