How to fetch field values from quality tables?

I want to fetch field values of quality notifications,like notification number (QMNUM) and Notification status(STTXT) for development of a label.In fact i got Notification status(STTXT) from RIWO00 table which is a structure.Can any one help in getting link between fields notification number (QMNUM) and Notification status(STTXT).

Searched QMEL without any result.

I Think from QMEL table you can take OBJNR

& put it in JEST--> Object status

Also check JCDS-->Change Documents for System/User Statuses (Table JEST)
