Outbound delivery document inarchive

Hi All

I am trying to display an outbound delivery document and am getting the error that ' Delivery 810001966 does not exist in the database or in the archive'. What does that mean and how do I display documents that are archived?

This message arises for the following reason.

1. Delivery has been deleted manually using VL02/VL02N

2. Delivery archived but Archive info Structure not set up to retrieve archived information.

if it is option one, the only way to find if the delivery is deleted is by change log, go to VL22N and give the delivery number, you can see all the changes including the deletion , if it was manually deleted.

If it option two, the only way to retrieve is go to SARE, give object as RV_LIKP and select the archive info structure as SAP_RV_LIKP and look for the delivery in that.
