Auto Confirmation of PICK TO's with Handling Units !!

I want to Create an Outbound Delivery.

I then want to automatically create pick transfer orders, in the background.

I then want to automatically confirm these transfer orders, in the background.

I am creating my Outbound Delivery with reference to a Sales Order using transaction VL10A.

I have set-up Output Type WMTA to Auto Create my Pick Transfer Orders for the Outbound Delivery, when it is created.

I have set Movement Type 601 to Auto Confirm (TO item can be confirm. immed = x/ AND Propose confirmation = x).

I have set Source Storage Type for Picking to NOT require Confirmation (Stock removal requires confirmation = BLANK).

BUT the transfer orders that are created are NOT confirmed immediately.

I am using handling unit management but wouldnt see this as the problem?! anyone any ideas??

Can you try doing this in the foreground, like creating TO for the delivery using LT03, and select stock removal in the foreground. Now u can see the TO confirmation flag automatically set or not. just to avoid the picking stratergy manually give the SU from the ST where u have disable the stock removal indicator.

Yep .. i do this in the Foreground and i can see that 'Propose Confirmation' IS flagged .. BUT still the TO Creates and is NOT Confirmed ?!?!?

u mean the confirmation indicator when the TO is created is flagged ? This flag is seen on the TO when u select the stock removal on the foreground,

Yes this is flagged when i create in the Foreground .. but then when i SAVE .. the TO does not actually Confirm Automatically once created !!

Can u confirm this TO manually, using LT12 and see if this is getting confirmed

also can u run some test using different movement type like 999 and see if u r able to confirm this TO automatically? this is to isolate the issue , to identify if this is a global setting or related to mvt type.

Yes i can confirm the TO manually with LT12 without a problem.

Plz maintain in OMLX "Screen for transfer order confirmation" as 1 List screen with quantities ready for input (putaway)

Hi,

In trasaction code "OMLX" make the settingss as shown below,

Against your warehosue number and movement type

Confirm Immediatly = X

Propose Confirmation = X

No Two Step confirmation = X

Screen TO Quit = "Blank" (No value should be entered)

It worked for me, please check and let me know.

OK i checked the 'No two-step confirmation' also. BUT i still get an Open TO.

Do you have these settings WITH Handling Unit Management?

Make the proper settings in Trsaction code "OMLX" against your warehouse number and the movement type,
