Hi Gurus,
We have configured Rebate functionilty in Golden clint and done the Testing in Test client succesfully. Now we moved the requests in to quality sysem for integration testing and found system is taking lot of time for any of the rebate processing.
Example : In order to open any rebate agreement using transaction VBO2 system takes 2 to 3 minuts to open the agreement where as in development client it was taking 4 seconds to open the agreement.
I would like to know why there is difference in system performance between development and quality environment only in case of Rebete processing where as all other sales process there is no delay. Please let me know whether are there is any way to improve the performance in quality system.

Hi Anand,
Obviously Quality and Dev systems are different, that's the good thing in having a QA system with much more data (replica of the PRD system).
You need to look in SM50 what the system is doing during the wait, and it will probably be a DB call.
Possible reasons: Check for table index that is not correctly activated, Database statistics not updated, and so on.
Also check for OSS notes!

If Z programs are involved in your Rebate Process than you have to check the code again and check the quality of codes. You can also coordinate withe Basis team to resolve this and try to increase the memory size because its related to the performance issue..........
