Make Net Value Field at item level Editable in Sales Order

Hi

All pricing in our system are manual .

So the client wants to change the Net Value Field in Credit and Debit Memo Request to be Editable ( Currently it is not modifiable)

Plz suggest how to g about it.

Do i need to use Userexit_ Field_ Modification, if yes how , The field VBAP-NETWR.

Hi Rohit

No user exit is required for it.

Goto V/06 for your condition type. goto "Changes which can be made" and select Manual entries = 'C'.

Changing Net Value will effect the updation of various tables ...so u r right not the correct approach .

Can i put condition type and its value in Credit Request Memo and its value aditable same as in screen for Sales Order .if yes how , changing screen sequence group in credit memo request is creating problems

Yes.You can do this requirement in Credit Memo Request.

Just maintain the manual Condition Type with proper assignment of Account key with G/L Account.This will solve your problem.

Request you to don't put the same problem in different thread.

Requirement is to enter condition type on Sales overview screen of Sales Order , not on condition tab , condition type is already manual .

Then go to OVKK and write down the Condition type which will be entered as Manually in the combination assigned by you.

Hi

It is not logical to keep the net value field as editable. The net value is a derived value. Whatever value u have to adjust you have to do it in condiiton types. The accounting document is posted on the basis of condition types and not net value. Please explain the reason to client and tell them enter all the values in condition types and get the right net valiue.
