Hi Expert's
I know that I can customize a support message with the program : RDSWP_NOTIF_CREATE_CUSTOMIZE_S
I saw that there is a field called : BPR Business Process
I add that field to my support message.
The problem is that I can't enter any values to that field.
So my Question is What is the correct way to add values to that field.

Hi Lior, if you want to link support messages to your business processes, there is note 947449 which shows you how to add an extra tab (Context) to the support message. This will allow you to select the relevant business process from your solution or project.

Thank's for the answer
I checked the note and what I meant was that there is a tab called document with a structure and I want to be able to add there a process or a step.
After I implement the note I was able to add to another tab a process but i didn't saw it in the document tab
