How to remove Personalisation of variable.

Dear BW Mates,

In my query, I have a variable. It has been personalised and the variable sceen is no more popping up.

Could you help me out.....

Hello Reddy,

From the Bex excel output, in the change button in toolbar, go to change variable values.

here for each variable you can go in the button next(on right hand side)of each value. it will pop up a small screen with delte option below. This will delte all the personalised values.

After reoprt is displayed in RRMX..

Change->Change Varible input should display the popup again for you where you can unpersonalise them back..

Hi Reddy,

If its a web report,Please check in the Web Application Designer That that the checkbox in the web item tab

-->"Force variable screen display" is checked.

it might be your problem.

how are you acccessing the query ? through the Web or through BeX ? if it is through Bex , for both you could force variable entry and remove personalization ... or delete the personalization entries through the configuration entries / table entries.
