When you say reject what i understand is you are scraping it as it is produced in your plant(assumed) so if you scrap the material the material goes out of stock and the variance of cost will be posted .

Actually we will do rework again, in SAP raw material means it will go to 122mvt , if FG means what will happen?

if it goes to 122 mvt means what about the Child part consumtion?

Actually we will do rework again, in SAP raw material means it will go to 122mvt , if FG means what will happen?

for header Item it is 122 mvt but for child items it is 262 mvt( reversal of consumption against order-261)

If you know it is re-workable in FG then you can raise notification & put material in Block stock(350 mvt.)

then after rework you can bring back material

to Qi-->343 Mvt from MB1B

to Unrestricted-->349 Mvt from MB1B

This is as per my knowledge.

Hi,

Q.what will happen if we i reject the Finished Goods in QA32,?

Ans : it depends on how catalouges and selected sets you created. for rejescted selected sets if your settings configured for blocked stock your stock is moving now in blocked stock etc.. in short how you created your selected sets for UD ?

Hi

there are two types of process

1.descrete Manufacturing:

Here when you do Return deliver it is Return against production order.

that means production order will open by that much on Qty again.

So you can confirm that much Qty.

2.Repetitive manufacturing:

Here return delivery is not allowed in std SAP.

Dear Sujit,

While we are making 122 against the order, What will happen to Raw material quantity consumed in production of that FG.
