CUSTOMER SPECIFIC QUALITY CERTIFICATE

Hi,

My Client wants to go for the Quality Certificate, having Customer-Material specific combination.

I know that we need to assign the Material-Customer combo in QC15.

But I'm new to QM...so please tell me the step-by-step activities.

Hi,

There r few basic steps

1. Create a certificate profile - T code : QC01

2. Assign the certificate profile to ur Material and customer combination - T code : QC15

3. Define the certificate recipient - T code : VV21

4. Generate the certificate for the outbound delivery - QC20
