Is their a standard report that i can use to see the line status of shopping carts dy the day. All the reports i see are for header status

You may find tables CRMD_ORDERADM_I and BBP_PDBEI also helpful.

Transaction BBP_BW_SC2 should show you the SC details by cart item.
If that's not what you want you could create an ABAP query or QuickView.
