Hi Guy's

i don't know whether this issue is related to configuration or technical issue,but still i hope

to get root cause for this issue

<u><b>issue:</b></u>User trying to print some invoices in SAP he gets the following error message, User is able to print other documents.

<u><b>Error Message</b></u> : Paper size are mismatched or incorrect.

<u><b>solution provided but not working</b></u> :Page settings are different between the Form and the Printer.

TANSCATION SE71 to display the Form . Once the form is displayed, on the top menu, go to attributes -


> Basic settings as shown below and you can find the page settings for the Form

once the form is displayed

goto attributes --> Basic settings -->

now chk if page format is <b>DINA4</b>

and orientation is <b>portrait</b> or landscape..

if you want to print an Invoice you have to check the EDI settings..

Looks like the page format you have used in the script is not supported by the printer through which u r trying to issue the document..

Go the SE71 and check out the page format (ex: DINA4..)

Now go to tcode SPAD.. Click on 'Output devices'(ex: LP01) and select the 'device type'(HPLJ4) of the output device.. Click on 'Formats' and check out if the page format you are using in your form is present in the list.. if it is not present, then get it included in the Page format list to use it to print the document from the printer you want to use
