User lock status 13

Hi,

In our system, there are few users with lock status 13. The description for this status 13 says NOT LOCKED.

Could you please let me know what this status means and when a user is assigned to this lock status?

This status means that someone (or their script) has been directly updating SAP tables in a stupid way.

The solution is described in SAP Note # 7...
