Quotation Status "Being Processed"

hi

. The line item category is a custom one (YATP). .

I create a quoatation with item quantity 10.

I create a Sales Order with refrence to teh quotaion and all the 10 items are selected.

Once the sales order has been created , I check the document flow .

The status of teh Quotation should be "Completed" but the status is "Being Porcessed".

Please let me know what could be the reason .

The steps that i have done.

1. for item category (YATP) i put the completion rule as "B".

Hi,

You had mentioned that you had 10 items in quotation.Also you did not mention the quantity of the 10 items.It is very important that the quantity in the quotation and the order are the same for the quotation to be fully referenced. For example, if the quantity in the quotation is 10 and the user is referencing the quotation to create a order.If the user changes the quantity as 5, then the quotation will not show as complete status.Kindly check.

In VTAA -- "X " udate document flow and 102 for busniess data and item completion in the item categorry level.

2) Pos./Neg quantity should be '+'.

Please check the following in your copy control VTAA.

Goto item for your document and check

1) Update document flow should be 'X'

2) Pos./Neg quantity should be '+'.

check and revert

Pls check weather you have ticked Update document flow (X) in Copy controls for Quation to Order T Code - VTAA , Check in item level with your new item categories.

Hi,

Go to VTAA and select your sales order combination from that and click on detail.

Now activate the complete reference button over there.

Now create your sales order from the quotation and check the status of your quotation.

This will copy all the data from the quotation to the sales order.

But if you want to change the copying quantity then you cant change it.

Other thing which you can do is activate the update document flow in the item level of your copy control.

And also make pos/neg. Quantity as + and save these setting.

Just check out these setting and let us know the result.
