Support Packs for Satellite Systems for Solman 4.0

Hi ,

Can any tell me :

1) what is required support package level and plug ins in satellite systems(dev,qas,prd,snd) in sap r/3 4.6c release .

current basis - Aba components has 47 support pack level

in satellite systems

2) i need do the above for implementing solution monitoring on Solution Manager 4.0

Hi

ST-PI 2005_1_700 is required.

For Basis release you need at least SP 29. Depending on certain features this might be higher. See transaction SOLMAN_PLUGINLIST in Solman for detailed requirements.

hi.

i think ST-PI 2005_1_700 is part of the solution manager system. the 46c satellite system needs the 46c-version of ST-PI. i think it's something like ST-PI 2005_1_46c...

you can find it out very easy: run report rtcctool. maybe that helps.

Hi Marin,

you are right of course. The naming convention for ST-PI seems to be <year>_<delivery number>_<basis release>.

please note that you require the following two Add-Ons in every system (SAP Solution Manager and Satellite systems):

- ST-PI

- ST-A/PI (SAP Note 69455)

Its always recommended to have the latest Support pack for your solution manager system.For the satellite systems requirement see note 666043.
